We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, ensure smooth communication, and provide excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our office running efficiently while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities

Assist with front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth

Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously

Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members

Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks

Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience

Previous office management or administrative experience is preferred, especially in a busy environment

Familiarity with office equipment such as multi\-line phones, printers, and scanners

Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications

Experience with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs

Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
