The Role

We are seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PsyD or PhD) who:

  • Have experience conducting psychological evaluations
  • Are comfortable or interested in learning comprehensive Autism assessments
  • Want to grow their assessment skill set in a supportive environment
  • Want to supervise students also learning assessments and therapy
  • This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about diagnostics and data\-informed care, especially those who value ongoing training, peer consultation, and the opportunity to contribute to a learning\-focused clinic culture.

    Compensation \& Benefits

    * Annual Salary: $130,000–$175,000 (dependent on caseload and experience)

    Requirements

    Active Oregon license as a PhD or PsyD

  • clinical psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations (e.g., ADHD, Autism, learning disorders)
  • Strong foundation in evidence\-based practice
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills
  • Interest in neuropsychology and working with neurodivergent populations
  • Commitment to ethical care and HIPAA compliance
  • Preferred Experience

  • Background in Autism assessment or neuropsychological testing
  • Experience working with children, teens, or families
  • Familiarity with culturally responsive assessment practices
  • Multilingual or experience serving BIPOC and underserved communities
