Over the past five years, Buddy’s has aggressively expanded its footprint by adding new company\-owned and franchised stores outside of its home area. Currently, Buddy’s has more than 300 locations operating in the U.S. and Guam. The Company plans to continue this rapid growth over the next several years by opening new company\-owned stores, acquiring independently operated RTO stores and franchising stores.

Position requires in\-office training, then opportunity for hybrid in\-office\-remote schedule.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, disciplined to work independently, self\-motivated, proactive and focused on outstanding professional client service, as there will be regular interaction with franchise owners, store personnel and vendors about inventory handling and other needs relating to reconciliation.

Salary: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

  • Regular and consistent attendance, including overtime as business dictates
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the processing of vendor payable invoices and statements accurately
  • and timely

  • Verify the accuracy of invoices by matching them with their respective purchase
  • orders

  • Maintain reconciliation related reports and research and resolve any variances
  • Maintain invoice aging under a pre\-defined number of days and provide weekly status
  • updates

  • Contact stores and franchise owners regarding receipt of shipments that have been
  • invoiced

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice variances
  • Assist with special projects, such as mid and end of month inventory billing and serve
  • as additional resource for team support in completion of duties

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic math and accounts payable knowledge
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze data in various forms and formats
  • Professional written, verbal and oral communication skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat PDF
  • Process driven and solutions oriented
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Must possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2\-year prior experience in data entry and analysis preferred
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent, some college or degree preferred
