Overview:
We’re seeking a sharp, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-demand environment to join our team. This unique role will be integral to our Supply Chain team, while also serving as a welcoming and organized front desk Administrative Assistant in our Lenexa Headquarters. The Pricing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting pricing entries across all sales teams. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position supports compliance initiatives and helps coordinate the day\-to\-day operations of the Lenexa facility. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to the business and grow with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update item sales and purchase pricing in ASW.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing data across selling teams.
- Handle ad\-hoc requests from internal and external customers.
- Crosstrain with the supply chain team to understand all roles and provide coverage during team members’ absences.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives with pricing processes to enhance efficiency and cost\-effectiveness.
- Greet visitors and guests with professionalism, ensuring interactions remain efficient and respectful of time.
- Coordinate general office maintenance promptly and efficiently with approved vendors to ensure a clean and functional environment.
- Manage conference room calendars and support meeting logistics, including setup, equipment, materials, and catering.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Execute other administrative tasks as assigned.
- High level of integrity, commitment, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service and relationship skills, including oral and written communication (phone/email).
- 3–5\+ years of professional experience; background in the alcohol industry is preferred but not required.
- Detail\-oriented, organized, and discreet.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint
