About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, tech\-savvy, and proactive Hybrid Executive Assistant to support a growing leadership consulting and speaking business. This is an opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes, helping bring clarity, creativity, and connection to everything we do. You’ll handle a mix of admin, communication, and digital support tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

This hybrid role requires one in\-office day per week in the St. Louis area. The rest is remote, with flexible hours and meaningful, purpose\-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Inbox and calendar coordination
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems and record maintenance
  • Schedule social media posts and assist with light editing or captioning
  • Presentation Formatting and document preparation
  • CRM data entry and updates
  • Events and program logistics
  • Learn the foundational tools and program materials used in coaching and speaking engagements (training provided)
  • Project Coordination

  • Update project boards and task tracking
  • Send reminders and follow up on action items
  • Document meeting notes and decisions
  • Maintain timelines under direction
  • Systems Execution

  • Execute predefined CRM workflows
  • Support email campaigns
  • Implement minor website updates
  • Follow documented processes
  • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Canva, Zoho Begin and Campaign, Google Workspace, or social media scheduling tools (like Buffer or Later)
  • Understanding of basic marketing or branding principles
  • Event coordination or logistics planning experience (for lunches, seminars, speaking events, corporate multi\-day retreats)
  • Comfortable working in a faith\-aligned business environment
  • Familiar basic automations and Agile (project manager)
  • Strong familiarity with Zoom to manage webinars and events as co\-host

  • Compensation

    This is a part\-time role with approximately 15 hours per week, including one in\-office workday.

    Hourly Rate: $22 – $30/hour, based on experience, skillset, and familiarity with the tools and responsibilities listed.
