Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Coordinator to oversee administrative operations within a healthcare home care agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience in healthcare or medical office environments. As an Office Coordinator, you will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage vendor relationships, and support staff to deliver high\-quality home care services. Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi\-line phone systems, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Coordinate scheduling for staff, clients, and vendors using calendar management tools to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities to foster a productive team environment.
  • Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and supporting compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct
  • outbound calls and cold calling to support client intake and outreach efforts

  • Assist with Indeed recruiting and marketing initiatives, including job postings and candidate follow\-up
  • Support daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and healthcare partners
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Maintain thorough filing systems for client records, employee documentation, and regulatory compliance documents in accordance with privacy standards.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management within healthcare or medical environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clerical teams effectively.
  • Preferred experience in a medical office, clinic, or home health agency
  • Prior telemarketing or outbound call experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Waiver Services (Home \& Community\-Based Services) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in an office setting
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact professionally with staff, clients, vendors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices related to employee onboarding, compliance, and team management.
  • Familiarity with medical office management procedures including filing systems and front desk operations.
