About the Role

Coastal Cruises is looking for a highly organized, detail\-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics, scheduling, and execution across our admin and operations teams.

This is not a passive coordination role—we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting internal projects.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Daily Operations \& Logistics

  • Manage and maintain scheduling across vessels, crew, and daily operations
  • Support smooth execution of trips, events, and day\-to\-day logistics
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
  • Project Support \& Execution

  • Assist with planning and executing internal projects across admin and operations
  • Track progress, follow up consistently, and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Escalate issues or delays proactively
  • Task Coordination \& Follow\-Through

  • Track and follow up on tasks across team members
  • Ensure tasks are completed fully and on time
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking priorities and progress
  • Communication \& Coordination

  • Act as a key point of coordination between admin and operations teams
  • Provide clear, timely updates and consistent follow\-through

  • Experience with scheduling, logistics, or team coordination
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and task management tools
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or service\-based businesses is a plus
