Job Summary

We are a growing telehealth healthcare company based in St. Louis, Missouri, providing virtual care services to patients across multiple states.

We are seeking a licensed Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide remote telehealth services for our growing virtual healthcare practice.

This is a contract position with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on experience and role. Providers will deliver patient\-centered care through a fully remote platform focused on convenience, quality, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth evaluations for acute and chronic conditions
• Review patient history, symptoms, and lab results
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications when appropriate and within state guidelines
• Order and interpret laboratory testing as needed
• Document all patient encounters in the EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical staff and Medical Director as needed
• Deliver safe, high\-quality, patient\-centered care via telehealth

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA license
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telehealth experience
• Experience or interest in weight management / GLP\-1 therapies
• Multi\-state licensure (strongly preferred)
• Ability to manage a flexible patient schedule
• Interest in long\-term contract opportunities or growth within a telehealth organization

Compensation

• Competitive compensation based on experience and role structure
