Duties

- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high\-quality work across multiple projects
- Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information contained within audio files and transcripts
- Support translation efforts when needed by providing bilingual insights and context clarification
- Proven experience in transcription, interpretation, or linguistics with a focus on Spanish language content
- Strong understanding of bilingual communication dynamics between Spanish and English
- Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in grammar, syntax, and punctuation
- Proficiency in transcription tools, software, and typing at a fast, accurate pace
- Knowledge of regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances in Spanish\-speaking communities
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
