Duties
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to REALTORS, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Coordinate client meetings, property showings, open houses, and community events with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Manage office operations efficiently by handling phone etiquette, multi\-line phone systems, filing, data entry, and document proofreading.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and DocuSign to prepare contracts, reports, and marketing materials accurately and promptly.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with personal assistant duties such as travel arrangements and personal errands for REALTORS.
- Support project coordination efforts for marketing campaigns, listing presentations, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of client files, transaction documents, and office supplies while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles within real estate or related fields; personal assistant or office management experience is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, QuickBooks, and transcription tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately, proofread documents meticulously, and perform clerical tasks seamlessly.
- Experience with event planning, project coordination, bookkeeping, and office management is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate support or project management are a plus.
