About this role:

MCRM is seeking an experienced Lead Risk Analytics Consultant with extensive experience in developing or using AI tools, strong technical skills and familiarity with market and/or counterparty risk. A successful candidate will be a self\-starter and has a strong attention to detail. This role will focus on developing and incorporating AI tools to extract, stage, and conform data required to generate management and regulatory reporting and manage risks within market and counterparty risk team, with a particular focus on upcoming strategic data initiatives. This role will require regular interaction with other teams within MCRM, line of business data teams, and associated technology areas. Responsibilities will include partnering with upstream data providers, use case owners, understanding data sourcing and model requirements, and partnering with peer groups in order to meet regulatory deliverables.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and help drive business ownership and product management of intelligent data control platform with AI\-enabled capabilities, partnering with stakeholders to align platform capabilities to risk uses cases, regulatory expectations, and business data quality objectives, while advancing adoption, usage standards, and success metrics.
  • Support delivery of the product roadmap and prioritized backlog, working with technology to enable callable, reusable business data management capabilities (e.g., rule generation, profiling, reconciliation, monitoring) and ensure operational effectiveness and measurable business impact.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 5\+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2\+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Architecture, Distributed Computing, Chatbot, and/or Virtual Assistant
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical skills, i.e., SQL, Java, Python.
  • Prior experience within the financial services industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills .
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
