Lake Norman Area \| Tuesday–Saturday \| 40 Hours Weekly
Our family is excited to welcome a long\-term nanny who will grow with our family. We are looking for someone who will love and care for our two children Noah (3\.5 years old) and Sophia (21 months old) with the same intentionality, love, and structure that we bring into our home.
Faith is at the center of our family life. We are a Christian household and are seeking someone who shares similar values and who desires to help cultivate a loving, respectful, faith\-centered environment for our children as they grow.
Our goal is to find someone who will become part of our family for years to come, growing alongside our children through their early childhood and school years.
Schedule
Tuesday – Saturday
Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional earlier mornings may be required during busy seasons with our family business.
This position averages approximately 40 hours per week.
Our Family
We live on the lake and run a growing family business. Our children are active, curious, and love being outdoors.
Noah (3\) and Sophia (21 months) attend school 3\-5 days per week from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. During this time, the nanny will help with household management tasks and family organization.
As our family grows, this position will continue evolving into a Household Manager role, helping keep our home and family operations running smoothly.
We occasionally travel for business and may ask our nanny to travel with us periodically.
We also provide a small SUV that the nanny may use when transporting the children to school, activities, or outings.
