Title: Cognos Dashboard Developer

Required Skills:
- Manage SharePoint environments: Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint servers and services (on\-premises or SharePoint Online).
- User and permissions management: Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Monitor system health: Perform regular health checks, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Backup and recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Security compliance: Ensure SharePoint environments comply with organizational security policies.
- Patch management: Apply updates, patches, and service packs.
- Requirements gathering: Work with business users to gather and document requirements.
- Site and content management: Create and manage sites, libraries, lists, and content types.
- Training and support: Provide training and support to end\-users.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes using SharePoint features (e.g., workflows, forms).
- Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using SharePoint and Power BI.
- Preferred Skills: Microsoft O365 developmental skills for SharePoint, Admin, and Microsoft PowerApps.
Day\-to\-day Responsibilities: Work user stories and help the functional team lead in the correct direction.
Expected Deliverables: Complete stories and support the completion of sprints that go into the monthly status report.
