This role pays an hourly rate of $15\-$18/hour, based on experience (ability to earn internship/college credit)

The Lodging Division Intern supports the planning and coordination of hotel accommodations for youth sporting events. You’ll help keep event details accurate and organized, communicate with internal teams/ Hotels/Staff, and support day\-to\-day lodging operations. This is a great opportunity to build professional skills in organization, customer service, and operations while contributing to high\-impact events.
What You’ll Do

- Receive daily assignments through a “To Do” email and manage priorities with your supervisor
- Monitor email inboxes and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Update and maintain trackers/spreadsheets (and create new ones as needed)
- Make phone calls as assigned (e.g., confirmations, follow\-ups, information gathering)
- Update lodging\-related details (e.g., names, dates, credit card information)
- Assist with reconciliation of credit card charges and related documentation
- Support additional projects as assigned by the lodging team
- Provide daily/weekly progress updates as requested
- Respond to emails and phone calls within 48 hours
- Communicate schedule changes and request time off in advance
- Flag issues early—if a priority task may miss a deadline, notify your supervisor ASAP
- Maintain accurate documentation and keep shared trackers up to date
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional communication skills (email and phone)
- Comfort working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
- Coachable mindset—asks questions early and takes feedback well
- Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive payment\-related information
- Experience with customer service, operations, and admin support.
- Experience creating or maintaining trackers/spreadsheets
- Hands\-on experience supporting lodging operations for large youth sporting events
- Training and regular feedback from supervisors and managers
- Improved skills in organization, communication, and process\-driven work
