Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver fresh Timmy T’s grinders to customers’ homes, offices, schools, and events using a company\-owned vehicle.
• Ensure every order is complete and accurate (sandwiches, drinks, chips, sauces) before leaving the store.
• Use GPS and local knowledge to choose the fastest, most efficient routes for on\-time deliveries.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every drop\-off, you represent the Timmy T’s brand.
• Communicate promptly with customers and the store team if there are delays, traffic issues, or address questions.
• Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and presentable.
• Assist in\-shop (answering phones, light prep, organizing orders) during slower delivery periods when needed.

Requirements:

* Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older.

* Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred for delivery duties).

* Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential to interact effectively with customers and team members.

* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage deliveries and keep track of inventory effectively.

* Food Handler’s Permit: Willingness to obtain a food handler's permit if not already certified.

* Time Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

* Experience: Previous food service or delivery experience is a plus. (Uber, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc. experience is a plus, but not required).

* Positive Attitude: Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team\-oriented environment.
