Story Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic Property Management Administrative Assistant who enjoys being front\-facing and working directly with customers and tenants.

This position is remote and you will report/work directly with the property manager.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Post and manage new property listings across multiple platforms
\- Distribute incoming leads to leasing agents
\- Draft and prepare new lease agreements and lease renewals
\- Answer and manage the main phone line, assisting tenants and prospects
\- Oversee listing updates and ensure accuracy across all marketing channels
\- Add and maintain property records within the management software
\- Process rental applications and assist with new tenant paperwork
\- Assist property manager with day to day activities with tenants and property owners
\- Coordinate maintenance repairs with tenant and vendors

- Experience using DocuSign, including preparing and sending documents for signature
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Gmail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Access to a reliable personal computer (not a tablet)
Candidate Requirements:
Hours: Starting out this is a part time position 20\-30 hours a week with room to quickly grow into full time. We are a fast growing company with room for advancement within the company. Must be available to work within our business hours of Monday\-Friday between the hours of 9am\-5pm CST
To be successful in this position, it requires the ability of timely response to tenants and property owners.

\Real estate license is NOT required\ but If you have a current active or inactive Texas Real Estate license it is a plus!
\\A benefit to this position will however give you access to the local DFW MLS.
\\Bilingual (English \& Spanish) is a plus!
\\Property Management or Transaction Coordination experience is a plus!
Pay: $15\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
