Circuit Pros electrical is a small family owned company seeking someone to manage administrative tasks and marketing tasks under instruction. The position is 100% from home with one in person meeting a week following initial training. We are a growing company seeking someone excited to develop skills and move into eventual management position.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently
- Schedule is flexible but remaining reachable during Operating hours to answer calls is critical.
- Take detailed client notes and onboard client into CRM tool
- Respond to online customer inquiries
- Handle marketing duties assigned such as social media posts and Managing google business profile
- Organize files, documents, and records through effective filing systems and digital organization tools
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Apply for permits/inspections for multiple municipalities in middle tn under step by step instruction
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously in person or over the phone
- Perform general administrative tasks such as emailing, scheduling, assisting on in person marketing events quarterly
- Experience in office administration or clerical roles. especially in the construction field
- Willing to develop crm literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi\-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
- Previous experience as a receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous but not required
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
