We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives with efficiency and professionalism
  • Handle multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls with courteous phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support basic office management functions
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or submission
  • Experience

  • Proven clerical experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience as a personal or medical receptionist is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, handle data entry, and perform filing efficiently
  • Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, typing skills, and attention to detail in proofreading tasks
