We are a nationwide facility maintenance company. We are looking for a work order coordinator. We are looking for a problem solver! This position acts as a liaison between our clients and technicians to get a job done.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry

- Building and maintaining strong, long\-lasting customer relationships
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day\-to\-day basis
- Record keeping
- Act as liaison between technicians and clients.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
