We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management
  • Support office management tasks including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and supporting client needs with a friendly demeanor
  • Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience is highly preferred, especially in roles such as receptionist or clerical assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, proofreading, and data entry tasks
  • Effective phone etiquette skills for handling multi\-line phone systems confidently
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is beneficial for providing comprehensive support within the office environment
