Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels, addressing inquiries, orders, returns, and technical product questions for dental professionals.
- Process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues with speed and accuracy in a high\-volume environment.
- Multitask effectively — manage multiple customer interactions, internal systems, and follow\-ups simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, using both verbal and non\-verbal cues (e.g., active listening, empathy in tone, and positive body language in video/virtual settings).
- Collaborate with sales, repair, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Take full ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or introduce customers to additional Medidenta products and services.
- Adapt quickly — bounce between tasks such as order entry, complaint resolution, data analysis, and team projects in our energetic, fast\-moving workplace.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a dental, medical, or high\-paced retail/e\-commerce environment.
- Exceptional verbal and non\-verbal communication skills — able to build rapport quickly and convey confidence and care.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to thrive under pressure and shift priorities rapidly.
- Highly analytical mindset with problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 100% responsibility/accountability — you own your work and deliver results consistently.
- High energy level and positive attitude; excitement about working in a very fast\-paced, growth\-focused environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Dental industry knowledge or experience is a strong plus but not required.

- Experience With Customers On The Phone
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, e\-commerce, or office environment (handling high\-volume inbound calls, emails, and chats).
- Experience in a fast\-paced or high\-pressure setting where multitasking and quick task\-switching are common.
- Dental, medical, or healthcare industry experience is a strong plus but not required (willingness to learn dental terminology and products is essential).
- High level of personal accountability and responsibility — Takes full ownership of tasks and customer outcomes with minimal supervision.
- High energy and adaptability — Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and enthusiasm for bouncing between tasks in a dynamic environment.
