Patient Services Representatives \- Remote \- Bilingual Preferred
This is a regular, full\-time position with paid training, benefits, and is 100% remote. No contracts! Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre\-register patients, and verify insurance. Provides telephone patient clinical encounter messaging using clear, concise, and correct grammar and spelling. Representatives may provide medical scheduling and must be quick learners with the ability to multitask, who speak and communicate clearly. Representatives can expect to handle 80\+ calls back\-to\-back per shift.

Qualifications \- Each PSR is assigned to a virtual medical call center team and receives customized training to support a medical health system client, like a hospital, medical center, multiple clinics, or a combination of all three.
- Minimum 2 years medical office experience
- Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) are preferred to better serve diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective patient interactions
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, electronic health records (EHR), and scheduling software
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices in a healthcare environment

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Medical office: 2 years (Preferred)
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS – Equipment not required until after receiving the offer letter. Equipment is not required for the interview appointment.
