Performance Marketing Specialist – Natural Health & Wellness Brands (Meta, Google & Amazon Expert)

We are seeking a highly experienced, results\-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of successfully scaling natural health and wellness products online.

This is not an entry\-level or “learn\-as\-you\-go” role. We are looking for someone who fully understands how to sell consumer health products using high\-converting landing pages, paid media, and marketplace strategy.

What You Will Do:

• Build and optimize
high\-converting landing pages designed to sell natural health products
• Manage and scale
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Drive profitable traffic and maximize ROAS across multiple channels
• Develop messaging and funnels that strongly resonate with:
• Moms
• Adults 45\+ seeking natural health solutions
• Optimize and grow product performance on
Amazon (SEO, listings, PPC, conversion optimization)
• Continuously test creatives, angles, hooks, and offers to improve conversion rates

Required Experience:

* Proven track record of successfully marketing and scaling physical natural health products (supplements, wellness, OTC, or similar)

• Strong expertise in
Meta Ads \+ Google Ads (must be hands\-on, not theoretical)
• Demonstrated success with
Amazon Seller Central / Amazon PPC / listing optimization
• Experience building or collaborating on
high\-performing landing pages and funnels
• Deep understanding of
direct response marketing and consumer psychology
• Must be able to show
real past results, campaigns, or case studies

Ideal Candidate:

• Has successfully marketed to
moms and/or 45\+ demographic audiences
• Knows how to position natural products in a
trust\-building, compliant, high\-conversion way
• Data\-driven, performance\-focused, and obsessed with ROI
• Can move fast and independently without heavy direction

Compensation:

* $800/month base

* Plus percentage of every sale generated

• High upside for proven performance
