Well Within Acupuncture \& Chiropractic is seeking a dependable and organized Clinic Administrator to join our integrative health clinic in Bandon, OR. Our practice includes three acupuncturists and one chiropractor, and we have proudly served the community for over 17 years with a strong local reputation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare setting, has strong administrative skills, and values excellent patient service.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday–Thursday
  • 5–7 hour shifts
  • Approximately 15–25 hours per week
  • Includes \~1 hour/week remote work (returning calls and managing schedule updates)
  • Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patients and manage chiropractic appointments
  • Prepare new patient paperwork and assist with onboarding
  • Request and organize medical records
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Submit insurance pre\-authorizations
  • Perform general administrative tasks and data entry (QuickBooks experience a plus; training provided)
  • Monitor and respond to phone calls and text messages
  • Fill cancellations and maintain an efficient daily schedule
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous medical office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay on task in a busy environment
  • Moderate computer proficiency (scheduling software, QuickBooks a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
