Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs, upselling relevant products or services, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with data entry, typing accuracy, and cash handling procedures.
