Position Overview

ICare Psychiatry PLLC is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist to join our outpatient practice as a 1099 independent contractor.

You will benefit from strong in\-house referrals from psychiatric providers, allowing for rapid panel growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychotherapy (children, adolescents, and/or adults)
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning
• Complete timely documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers
• Practice in accordance with WA State laws and standards

Qualifications (Required – WA State Independent Licensure Only)

Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted Washington State license that allows independent clinical practice (no supervision required):

• LMHC – Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• LMFT – Licensed Marriage \& Family Therapist
• Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

* Associate licenses (LMHCA, LMFTA, etc.) are NOT eligible

• Candidates must be able to
practice independently without supervision

Experience Level

* New graduates are welcome to apply

• Must already hold an
independent license in Washington State
• No prior post\-licensure experience required

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor

* 80/20 split based on collections

• Strong earning potential with steady referrals
• Estimated annual earnings: $90,000 – $150,000\+ depending on caseload
