Join our dynamic team as an Online Shopping Assistant, where your enthusiasm and customer\-focused mindset will drive exceptional shopping experiences! In this role, you will assist customers in navigating our online platform, ensuring their shopping journey is seamless, enjoyable, and efficient. Your proactive approach will help customers find the perfect products, answer their questions with confidence, and promote our latest offerings. Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through product selections by providing detailed product demos and recommendations tailored to their needs
  • Assist shoppers with placing orders online, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth transaction processing
  • Manage product displays and merchandising online to attract attention and boost sales opportunities
  • Stock virtual shelves by updating product information, images, and availability status regularly
  • Upsell complementary products or add\-on items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or chat with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Support cashiering functions by processing payments accurately and handling cash or digital transactions with care
  • Maintain a clean, organized digital storefront that aligns with retail standards for presentation and accessibility
  • Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures
  • Supervising experience or leadership roles in retail settings is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly, clear interaction over the phone or online
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management
  • Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and retail math principles
  • Experience in product demos, upselling strategies, and customer service excellence is advantageous
