Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to MacOS, various Windows Server installations, Windows 10/11, and iOS.
Infrastructure Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Office 365, Google Workspace, and other company\-specific applications.
Software \& Web Development: Assist with web coding projects and write SQL queries to manage or retrieve data from company databases.
Help Desk Management: Handle day\-to\-day IT requests to ensure minimal user downtime and manage contracted printers.
Inventory \& Systems: Update IT inventory systems across multiple sites and maintain backup systems for MacOS, Windows, and iOS.
Server Administration: Administrate file servers and Hyper\-V virtual servers.
Security \& User Access: Manage the user management system, including software permissions and IT security.
Network \& Implementation: Support Torklift’s network (routers, firewalls, WAN/LAN) and assist with the refinement of ERP, PDM, Active Directory, and Terminal Server.
What Will Help You Stand Out:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1 year of customer service experience and general IT help desk experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MacOS, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, iOS, and Active Directory setup.
Development Skills: Knowledge of web coding, SQL query writing, and familiarity with using AI tools to assist in coding or data tasks.
Network Admin: Experience in network administration is a plus.
Certifications: IT industry\-standard certifications (e.g., MSCA) are an advantage.
