Duties
- Manage back office responsibilities, greeting callers and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents and records
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Schedule deliveries, coordinate calendar management, and organize meetings for staff and executives
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks to support financial record\-keeping
- Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent service standards
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Handle clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, proofreading correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; capable of data entry and proofreading documents efficiently
