Responsibilities:
The People Operations group is the center of excellence responsible for the overall employee experience as relates to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Benefits, Employee Engagement, Learning \& Development and Talent Management. Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer\-service standards for the P\&C department by responding to employee, candidate, new hire inquiries and requests for client groups, escalating to Business Partners, Regional Talent Partners or appropriate P\&C team leads as needed
- Perform administrative tasks relating to Talent Acquisition including coordination of interview schedules, travel, expenses, communication, data entry, and offer letter generation
- Perform all onboarding tasks including I\-9 processing, onboarding swag orders, data entry, providing consistent and relevant communications with new hires that are in the queue for assigned client group
- Administer background and drug screening process for new hires in client group, monitor results, and consult Director, People Operations on potential legal risks
- Receive and processes all payroll changes and employee status changes for assigned client group
- Maintain electronic employee files for assigned client group
- Perform and rectify regular audits of employee data for assigned client group to ensure data integrity
- Reconcile and communicates PTO for assigned client group
- Support logistics and additional tasks related to new hire orientation, We Are Suffolk, Benefits Open Enrollment, Flu Shot clinics and other P\&C programs and events as needed
- May coordinate Employee Service Awards, Baby Bundles, and other national employee\-related programs
- Contribute to department process improvement and SOP updates, providing proactive solutions to enhance department operations
- Support the processing of invoices and expenses, working closely with corporate and project accounting
- May coordinate national communications regarding People \& Culture with Marketing and Internal Communications team, specifically but not limited to New Hire and Promotions, general benefits information and other company\-wide communications
- Performs all administrative tasks relating to terminations including communications, data entry, and coordination with payroll
- Serve as back\-up for other P\&C Operations Associates’ client groups based on workload, need, and/or time off
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
- 2\-4 years of direct human resources experience (shared services center or other call center/customer service experience is desired)
- Willingness to provide best in class customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Comfort level with technology (Oracle, iCims, Saba)
- Collaborative, service\-oriented, and results\-driven
- Highly organized; able to prioritize and multi\-task
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Sound business judgement

Compensation Information:
The expected salary range for this position (Associate, People Operations) in US\-MA\-Boston is between $61,000 and $84,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk’s total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy. Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
