### Your Role as a Home Health PTA
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will deliver skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence in a familiar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement Care: Provide in\-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
* Follow Treatment Plans: Execute individualized plans based on the PT’s initial evaluation.
* Educate: Teach patients and caregivers specific exercises and safety techniques to support recovery.
* Collaborate: Communicate patient progress and updates effectively to the interdisciplinary care team.
* Document: Use AI\-assisted tools to ensure accurate and timely clinical charting.

### Qualifications
* License: Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required).
* Travel: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (Required).
