As an Orthopaedics Application Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Focusing on customers where Orthopaedics usage is low, identifying gaps and driving adoption through training, workflow optimization, and ongoing follow\-up

Using reporting tools and system data to identify underperforming systems, understand the “why,” and take action to improve outcomes

Taking ownership of customer engagement, proactively working with sites to increase adoption and overall usage

Collaborating with multiple Sectra teams to plan successful go\-lives for Orthopaedics and conducting effective trainings

Performing PACS workflow analysis and scheduling training activities during deployment

Delivering web\-based and on\-site training to ensure users have the skills and tools to optimize our solutions

Providing remote diagnostic support for technical, clinical, and end\-user issues using the latest remote access technologies

Maintaining a positive company image when discussing products and management decisions with internal and external customers

Organizing and providing appropriate go\-live support

Identifying opportunities to expand Orthopaedics usage and increase value within existing customers

Developing new processes to enhance the efficiency of applications work and improve customer satisfaction

Traveling to customer sites as needed (up to 80%)

Skills \& Requirements

As an Orthopaedics Application Specialist, the following requirements apply:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of PACS workflows, usage, and configuration

Strong ability to teach and explain complex concepts effectively

Experience working directly with customers, including the ability to navigate complex or challenging situations

A proactive, driven mindset with strong problem\-solving ability and a willingness to learn and grow

Interest in developing toward a more customer\-facing, account\-focused role over time

Willingness to travel as required (up to 80%), with varying monthly demands

Fluency in English

The following are considered assets:

Clinical background, particularly in Orthopaedics, CT, or MRI

Experience as a SuperUser or PACS Administrator

CIIP certification

Familiarity with Sectra PACS

Other information:

We recruit on an ongoing basis. The goal is for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Variable compensation will be offered with this position in addition to the base, tied to performance and adoption outcomes.
