We’re looking for a high‑impact ServiceNow Administrator \& Developer with 8\+ years of hands‑on experience building custom solutions, optimizing workflows, and owning end‑to‑end platform administration. What You’ll Do
* Lead full‑cycle ServiceNow development, including custom applications, scoped apps, integrations, and automation.
* Administer and maintain the platform, ensuring stability, performance, upgrades, and best‑practice configurations.
* Design and implement custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data models.
* Manage user access, roles, ACLs, and security models across the platform.
* Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
* Own platform governance, including update sets, code reviews, documentation, and release management.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize performance.
What You Bring
* 8\+ years of ServiceNow experience across administration and development.
- Proven ability to build custom applications and automate complex workflows.
- Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other major modules.
- Expertise in platform security, ACLs, and role\-based access control.
- Hands\-on experience with integrations and API\-based data exchange.
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows and processes.
- Automate routine tasks and processes using AI technologies.
- Monitor the performance of solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies and apply them to enhance our platform.
- Document all solutions, processes, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on functionalities.
