The Material Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accountability of inventory records and material transactions within the organization’s ERP system. This role supports operational readiness by maintaining effective inventory controls, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and enabling efficient material flow across programs and functional areas.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0\-2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or supply support related jobs or activities.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and database management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills with various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) databases.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and effective use of supply support processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specific equipment and parts identification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specification review and parts validation.
  • Possess management, oral comprehension, reading comprehension, speaking, written comprehension, information ordering, active listening, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning.
  • Intermediate math, administration, and management skills.
  • Ability to write business correspondence and interact with others in a professional manner.
  • This position is Hybrid \- Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

Annual Pay rate for this position is: $66,400 \- $93,600\.

  • Inventory and issue materials according to engineering project needs.
  • Coordinate the movement of materials between warehouse cages and the production floor.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Purchasing departments to properly store required inventoried materials.
  • Compile, review, and maintain inventoried product data, reports, and records.
  • Review requisitions and product specifications to accurately inventory products.
  • Inspect product/material and verify paperwork upon receipt of purchase orders from shipping and receiving.
  • Conduct parts and material data entry into the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database.
  • Perform regular physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Assist in investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
  • Support disposition activities for phased\-out/obsolete components.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR/DFARS, and government property requirements.
