Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of legal documents and case information
- Manage and organize physical and digital files with strong attention to detail
- Support daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
- Identify process improvements and proactively address administrative needs
- Handle sensitive legal information with confidentiality and professionalism
