Responsibilities
- Manage calendar appointments, including scheduling personal engagements, household maintenance, and family activities using tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate event planning for family gatherings, social events, or special occasions, ensuring all details are handled efficiently from inception to execution.
- Handle correspondence, phone etiquette, and communication with vendors, service providers, and guests in a professional manner.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with project coordination related to household renovations, purchases, or other personal initiatives.
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, transcription of notes or correspondence, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Support personal errands and administrative support including appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and document signing via platforms like DocuSign.
- Maintain organization of household files and ensure all records are up\-to\-date while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role within a household setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and familiarity with multi\-line phone systems.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in event planning, project coordination, and office management tasks.
- Attention to detail in proofreading and transcription work to ensure accuracy across all documents.
