We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail\-oriented individual to join our home furnishings and interior design team as a Part\-Time Sales Associate \& Office Assistant. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for design, and is comfortable handling administrative tasks that support smooth day\-to\-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Sales \& Customer Service

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, engaging in\-store experience
  • Assist clients in selecting furniture, accessories, and home décor items
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on product lines, vendors, materials, and design options
  • Process transactions at the register accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing sales floor
  • Office \& Administrative Support

  • Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Order office and store supplies as needed
  • Help monitor and manage utility services
  • Assist with paperwork, filing, and basic data entry
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise
  • Learn sales and inventory management software (Lightspeed) to assist with data entry
  • Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in home furnishings or related fields, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in both customer\-facing and administrative roles
  • Organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented
  • Comfortable and confident in taking the initiative on tasks
  • Eager to learn
  • Ability to work Sundays is required; additional weekday availability preferred
  • Schedule \& Hours

  • Approximately 18\-24 hours per week to start
  • Must be available Sundays; other hours flexible based on business needs
