Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 7:00am \- 3:30pm
We are a growing wholesale petroleum company seeking a dependable Office/Billing Assistant to support billing, invoicing, and general office operations. This is a stable, full\-time position with consistent daytime hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices using Quickbooks
- Verify supplier pricing, billing data and delivery records
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments and accounts
- Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Preform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.)
- Support office operations and team members as needed
- Prior office, billing, or accounting support preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in fuel, logistics or wholesale industries is helpful, but not required
- Steady, full\-time schedule (early mornings, early finish)
