Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 7:00am \- 3:30pm

We are a growing wholesale petroleum company seeking a dependable Office/Billing Assistant to support billing, invoicing, and general office operations. This is a stable, full\-time position with consistent daytime hours.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices using Quickbooks
  • Verify supplier pricing, billing data and delivery records
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions or discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments and accounts
  • Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Preform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.)
  • Support office operations and team members as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Prior office, billing, or accounting support preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in fuel, logistics or wholesale industries is helpful, but not required
