We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Business Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with general office tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
