Responsibilities
- Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages
- Maintain accurate data entry using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping
- Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs
- Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer literacy, including data entry, proofreading, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi\-line phone systems and providing customer support
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred; experience in Real Estate is best.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
