Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling multi\-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating, and supporting team members
  • Support bookkeeping activities using VMS and Rentec software
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support
  • Maintain organized records of client information, appointments, and correspondence
  • Handle clerical responsibilities with efficiency while demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with VMS or bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; experience in front desk or receptionist roles preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are desirable to assist diverse client needs
  • Office management experience or personal assistant background is advantageous
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Prior experience in community and or real estate management is a plus but not required
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with multi\-line phone systems are essential

    Pay: $17\.00 \- $18\.50 per hour
