Description
We are seeking a compassionate integrated therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC or LMHC\-A) to join our primary care team in Rocky Mount. In this role, you will provide rapid behavioral health assessments and brief interventions for patients during their primary care visits, supporting whole‑person health in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Schedule:
- Onsite clinical days: Monday to Thursday
- Admin/remote day: Friday
- No weekends or on‑call
- Conduct brief, solution‑focused assessments for patients referred by their PCP
- Deliver evidence‑informed short‑term interventions
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary primary care team
- Complete timely EHR documentation and coordinate care
- Active license: LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
- LMHC\-As are welcome to apply, supervision is available
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience providing therapy independently in a clinical setting
- Proficiency with EHR and knowledge of community resources
