We are seeking a detail\-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.   • Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy, including financial records, client information, and administrative documents
  • Manage filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of records
  • Handle multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial record\-keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and maintaining positive communication
  • Maintain organization of office supplies, documents, and correspondence to streamline daily operations
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and clerical tasks in an office environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant experience is beneficial
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in data entry tasks
