About the Role

Mika Realty, LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support both property management (rentals), real estate sales operations, and to support agents in their day\-to\-day activities. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative office work with field responsibilities across Oahu. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage scheduling, emails, and daily communications
  • Maintain organized transaction files and records
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and coordination
  • Property Management (Rentals)

  • Communicate with tenants and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors
  • Assist with property inspections, showings, and reporting
  • Sales Support

  • Assist with listing preparation and marketing coordination
  • Schedule showings and open houses
  • Support transaction coordination and client communication
  • Provide direct support to agents with active listings and clients
  • Field Work

  • Travel to properties for showings, inspections, and errands
  • Ensure properties are ready and accessible
  • Report on\-site conditions and issues
  • Compensation

  • Monthly Pay: $3,120 (compensation may vary based on experience)
  • Commission: $450 per closed transaction assisted
  • * Commission Split (Personal Transactions): 80% Agent / 20% Brokerage

    Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to travel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail\-oriented
  • * Must have experience in real estate sales or property management

    Licensing \& Professional Requirements

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Hawaii Real Estate License
  • * Must maintain an active real estate license in good standing

    * Must become and remain a member in good standing with the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® (HBR)

  • Compliance with all Hawaii real estate laws, continuing education, and brokerage policies
