About the Role
Mika Realty, LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support both property management (rentals), real estate sales operations, and to support agents in their day\-to\-day activities. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative office work with field responsibilities across Oahu. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling, emails, and daily communications
- Maintain organized transaction files and records
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and coordination
- Communicate with tenants and follow up as needed
- Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors
- Assist with property inspections, showings, and reporting
- Assist with listing preparation and marketing coordination
- Schedule showings and open houses
- Support transaction coordination and client communication
- Provide direct support to agents with active listings and clients
- Travel to properties for showings, inspections, and errands
- Ensure properties are ready and accessible
- Report on\-site conditions and issues
- Monthly Pay: $3,120 (compensation may vary based on experience)
- Commission: $450 per closed transaction assisted
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to travel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to multitask and stay detail\-oriented
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Hawaii Real Estate License
- Compliance with all Hawaii real estate laws, continuing education, and brokerage policies

Requirements
* Must have experience in real estate sales or property management
Licensing \& Professional Requirements
* Must maintain an active real estate license in good standing
* Must become and remain a member in good standing with the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® (HBR)
