Events \& Project Manager: Star Magic Healing \| Remote

Star Magic Healing is a global healing and transformation organization running live events, immersive retreats, and online programs across multiple countries. We have an established team, a thriving international community, and events running around the world.
We are looking for a hands\-on, highly organized Events \& Project Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our organization. This is not a strategy role. It is an execution role. You will own event delivery end to end, keep every project on track, and make sure all our teams are coordinated and moving in the same direction every single day.
What you will be doing
— Managing end\-to\-end delivery of global in\-person events( tours, retreats, workshops, and immersive experiences )
— Coordinating all event logistics including travel, accommodations, schedules, and participant communications
— Serving as the coordination point between all departments
— keeping teams aligned, informed, and on time
— Tracking all active projects, timelines, and deliverables across a global remote team
— Weekly team check\-ins and keeping action items moving
— Building SOPs so our processes are documented, consistent, and transferable
— Managing Admin and Customer Support staff day to day
— Reporting to the COO bi\-weekly with a clear picture of what is on track and what needs attention
What we are looking for
— 3–7 years in events management, project coordination, or operations
— Proven track record delivering events end to end
— planning through to post\-event review
— Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail
— Proactive communicator, you flag issues early and always arrive with a solution
— Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast\-moving global environment
— Proficient with project management tools (like Jira, Monday, or equivalent)
— Uses AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
— Personally connected to a mission of healing, transformation, and global impact
— Experience of Star Magic's work is a strong advantage
What to expect
Month 1 is full immersion: learning the role, the tools, and the team before executing independently. We invest heavily in onboarding. You will not be thrown in the deep end.
Full ownership from Month 3\.
Pay: $58,000\.00 \- $68,000\.00 per year
