LO Design Studio is a full\-service interior design studio specializing in elevated residential and boutique commercial projects. Our work is rooted in creating thoughtful, refined spaces that feel both personal and timeless. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail\-driven individual to support the behind\-the\-scenes execution of our projects.
The Role
This is a key operations role within the studio. You will work closely with the owner and design team to ensure projects run smoothly from initial setup through installation. You’ll be responsible for managing details, coordinating procurement, and helping translate design direction into polished client\-facing materials.
This is not a design\-heavy role—it is an execution and organization role that requires precision, communication, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Setup \& Organization
- Set up new projects, proposals, and files
- Maintain organized project folders, selections, and documentation
- Input and manage data within Studio Designer
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times
- Track orders, freight, damages, and deliveries
- Coordinate logistics for installations
- Draft proposals based on provided direction
- Prepare and send invoices (design fees, product, etc.)
- Assist with client updates and communication
- Ensure all client\-facing materials are polished and aligned with the brand
- Support overall studio organization and workflow
- Assist in refining internal processes and systems
- Take ownership of recurring administrative tasks that support project execution
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented (you catch things others miss)
- Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and spreadsheets
- Strong written communicator with a polished, professional tone
- Proactive and reliable—you take ownership and follow through
- Calm and confident communicating with vendors and clients
- Able to manage multiple moving pieces without getting overwhelmed
- Previous experience in interior design, project coordination, procurement, or a similar role preferred
- Experience with Studio Designer or similar software is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic project management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- $28–$38/hour depending on experience
- Flexible schedule with potential for growth into a larger role
- Studio Designer Software: 1 year (Preferred)
