Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, including bookings, updates, and adjustments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and nannies
- Review schedules to ensure accuracy and proper coverage
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Collaborate with the team on occasional special projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
