Bilingual Spanish Communication Assistant

(Flexible On\-Demand Remote)

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) communication assistant to support our team on an as\-needed basis.

This is a simple, low\-commitment role focused strictly on communication support — not administrative or HR work.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking:

Key Responsibilities

• Join scheduled calls to provide live Spanish ↔ English translation
• Support communication for:
• Client intake calls
• Caregiver interviews
• Ensure conversations are clear, accurate, and professional
• Maintain a neutral and respectful tone when translating

What This Role Is Not

This is not a full\-time or administrative position.

You will not be responsible for:

• Scheduling
• Hiring decisions
• Managing staff
• HR responsibilities
• Daily office tasks

This is strictly a communication support role only.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to translate accurately without changing meaning

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or customer service

Schedule

• Flexible and on\-demand
• Most calls are scheduled in advance
• Typical support ranges from 15–45 minutes per call

Additional Support (Occasional)

• Assist with Spanish\-speaking new hire orientations when needed
• Orientation sessions may be up to 3–4 hours and are scheduled in advance

Important Note

Pay: $18\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
