    NON\-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

    * Bilingual: Spanish \& English (REQUIRED)

  • Minimum
  • 2 years experience in:

  • Administrative work
  • Customer service
  • Data entry / account management
  • Strong
  • attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable handling
  • high call volume and patient interactions

  • Proficient in
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Has social media experience
  • Must be
  • punctual, reliable, and coachable

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    You will be the heartbeat of the front desk—driving flow, connection, and execution.

    Patient Experience \& Front Desk Leadership

  • Greet patients with energy and professionalism
  • Guide new patients through onboarding
  • Answer phones with enthusiasm and clarity
  • Ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for
  • Scheduling \& Flow Management

  • Manage a
  • high\-volume, dynamic calendar

  • Optimize scheduling for both patient experience and clinic efficiency
  • Follow up with missed appointments and inactive patients
  • Financial \& Administrative Precision

  • Process payments and track accounts accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized databases
  • Support collections with persistence and professionalism
  • Track
  • End\-of\-Day stats and reporting

    Operations \& Team Support

  • Open and close the office
  • Manage inventory and perform audits
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth flow
  • Support events, workshops, and community outreach
  • Marketing \& Visibility

  • Assist with
  • social media and content creation

  • Be comfortable appearing in
  • videos and educational content

    Work Schedule

    * Monday: 8:40 AM – 1:00 PM \& 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM

    * Tuesday: 8:40 AM \- 12:00 PM \& 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM

    * Wednesday: 8:40 AM – 12:00 PM \& 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM

    (7:30PM on class nights)*

    * Thursday: Closed

    * Friday: 8:40 AM – 12:00 PM \& 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (12pm\-1pm) training
  • * Occasional weekends for community events

    * Compensation \& Growth $25\.00 – $28\.00 per hour (based on experience)
