Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and documentation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office finances.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and inventory management.
  • Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
  • Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience with front desk operations or as a medical/dental receptionist is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with calendar management and time management techniques.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries professionally.
